The John Martin Group was founded in the 1960's in a lock-up garage in Edinburgh. From these humble origins, the Group has grown to become one of Scotland's leading motor retail groups (listed as one of Scotland's top 200 businesses) and currently holds 13 franchises and employs over 600 people.

Trading under the well-established names of Belmont, Murray Motor Company and John Martin Accident Repair Centres (JMARC) the John Martin Group has 11 car dealerships and 4 Accident Repair Centres spanning the length and breadth of Scotland.
