Getting you Car repaired after the accident - Our 5 Stage Repair Process At John Martin Accident Repair Centres, we understand the distress and frustration caused by having a motoring accident. Our aim is to get your vehicle back to you in pre-accident condition with minimum inconvenience for you. In an effort to help reduce the stress associated with an accident, we have devised the following explanation of our 5 stages of repair process.
1. Vehicle collection*/drop-off
- Our representative and customer discuss repair requirements and customer completes paperwork
- Customer checks that all personal property has been removed from the damaged vehicle. (John Martin Accident Repair Centres do not accept responsibility for personal belongings left in the vehicle)
- Our representative and customer look over the courtesy car together
- Any required deposits are paid and administration completed
2. JM Accident Repair Centre contacts customer (normally within 72 hours)
- To confirm the vehicle repair plan and expected completion date
- To discuss the next suitable contact time and preffered contact type
3. Parts are ordered, delivered and repair commences as per estimate
- Average repair duration is five/six working days**
4. Quality control on completion of repairs
- The exterior of the car is service washed and footwell vacuumed then undergoes a quality control check to ensure the repair meets our high standards
- Customer service team contacts the customer to discuss delivery and payment arrangements
5. Vehicle delivery*/hand-over
- Our representative and customer look over the repair and complete the paperwork
- Our representative and customer looks over the courtesy car and complete the paperwork (if applicable)
